Financial Literacy

Saturday & Sunday, 9 - 10 am
This practical and engaging financial literacy course helps students ages 11–13 build a strong foundation for smart money habits. Students learn essential concepts such as earning, saving, spending, budgeting, and the basics of banking. Through real-life scenarios and interactive activities, they explore how money works and how to make responsible financial choices.
The course also introduces topics like goal setting, needs vs. wants, simple investing concepts, and understanding digital payments in an age-appropriate way. Students practice managing a mock budget, making informed decisions, and planning for short- and long-term goals. By the end of the course, learners gain confidence, independence, and lifelong skills to manage money wisely in an increasingly digital world.
