This dynamic and innovative leadership course empowers students to discover their unique leadership style and learn how to lead with confidence, creativity, and purpose. Through hands-on challenges, team-based projects, and real-world simulations, students explore what it means to be a leader—not just in a group, but in everyday life.
Students develop essential skills such as communication, empathy, decision-making, collaboration, and problem-solving. Creative activities like role-playing, design-thinking challenges, and mini leadership missions encourage students to think boldly, take initiative, and learn from both success and failure. By the end of the course, students will complete a capstone leadership project and reflect on their growth, leaving with stronger self-awareness, resilience, and the ability to inspire others in school and beyond.
