This fun, hands-on videography course invites students to become young filmmakers using digital cameras and smartphones. Students learn how to capture compelling video while exploring camera basics, framing, movement, and creative storytelling. With a strong emphasis on experimentation, learners turn everyday moments into cinematic creations.
The course covers lighting techniques, sound basics, shot composition, and simple editing, all taught through engaging activities and mini film challenges. Students work individually and in teams to plan, shoot, and produce short videos, building confidence both behind and in front of the camera. By the end of the course, students will showcase their own creative video projects and develop skills they can use for school, social media, and future creative pursuits
