Conflict Resolution
2 week-course
2 days/week
Saturday & Sunday, 2 - 3 pm
This practical, real-world conflict resolution course equips students with the skills they need to handle everyday disagreements with confidence, empathy, and maturity. Using relatable scenarios from school, friendships, family life, and online interactions, students learn how to understand different perspectives, manage emotions, and communicate effectively during challenging situations.
Through role-playing, guided discussions, and problem-solving activities, students practice active listening, assertive communication, negotiation, and de-escalation strategies. The course emphasizes emotional intelligence, accountability, and respectful decision-making. By the end of the course, students will be able to resolve conflicts calmly, advocate for themselves appropriately, and build stronger, healthier relationships both in and out of the classroom.
